It is required for all mediaserver packages to get one of the management tiers.
Basic: Gives you 30 minutes a month free management of your server.
Premium: Gives you 60 minutes a month free management of your server
ViP: Gives you 120 minutes a month of free management of your server.
Every time you request us to help manage your server we create a billable item and record the time we work on your server.
Once the limit of your package is reached we will charge an hourly rate and create an invoice for that.
If you have more than one server you are required to get seperate management packages for each server as the time is calculated seperatly for each server.
If you have time left on another server, you cannot move that to another server.
Our management consist of troubleshooting, updates/upgrades, fixes etc...
You can request support using the ticket system and a time and date will then be planned.
If downtime of your server is needed than we will first discuss this with you.
If immediate support is needed for broken hardware or software failure, we will NOT consider this as part of the management package but regular support and will not deduct time or charge you.
The reason for requiring management is that we do not give root/sudo access to our mediaserver setups
