Apps on your seedbox
By default our Starter Seedboxes come with pre-installed apps that you select during the order process.
If you want additional apps installed you can make a request by opening a ticket to the correct department.
If you want full control like on our premium seedboxes then you can order QuickBox Pro during the order process for an additional fee.
Our Premium Seedboxes come with the most advanced seedbox management package out there (QuickBox Pro) allowing you to install apps from the dashboard giving you full control over your seedbox.
(some apps require to be installed from CLI, you have access to a console on your dashboard allowing you to install those apps.
Note that console access is very limited only allowing basic commands.)
Root Access
We do not give root access to our dedicated seedboxes that have QuickBox Pro installed.
By default we manage all seedbox servers for you (updates, upgrades etc.) and create a special Admin account for you.
But if you want more control then you can request a personal license for QuickBox Pro which we will add to your account.
That way you will gain root access and will be able to fully manage your own server.
